Easter Sunday. . . . So it's been forever since we updated the blog. We've been crazy busy with getting our house ready for this buyers market. So now that it's done, we will hopefully do better about putting up pics.

So, as you can tell, Luke needed a haircut. We've given him two prior to this one; first one--a small trim, the second--major trim which resulted in mom crying and saying he's never getting a haircut again!
Here's a couple of before shots. Jenn getting her last look and feel of Luke's long locks. Luke could care less--he was just excited to be riding in a race car!
The process of occupying a one year old during a haircut consists of riding in a race car, watching Blues Clues and an occassional funny face from daddy.

A week ago, we went camping with couples from our church. We go every spring and fall. It was Luke's first camping trip while outside of the womb-Jenn was a trooper and went when pregnant last year. Luke did great and we had a blast. We look forward to many, many more camping outings together.
It was cold at night and in the morning, but we had the fire and layers of clothes to put on. Luke didn't seem to mind at all.
Our dogs in the hammock and the tent in the background. You can see the extention cord on the ground leading to the electric blanket and sound machine going to our tent--we rough it, but not too rough.
