Every couple of days, Luke and I watch Jennifer at work. We watch her on Wizetradetv. Luke is a big fan. He may be a stock market prodigy by age five.
You can tell when he realizes it's mom. He tenses up and sometimes smiles. If he could talk he would definitely be screaming out "Mommy!"

And she's back home at 1:30 everyday. We both like having her back home.

NEW SHOES! Luke just got some new Vans from Uncle Larry and Aunt Mandy. He feels extra cool in his new sneakers. He's now thinking about getting a motorcycle with flames going down the side.

Playing in the water with mommy

Pea in a pod. We carry him around in this at home. Much easier to get things done. He loves it as you can tell.

Getting the sitting up thing down.

Haha--I can do this and you can't!

I think this looks like his Uncle Matt's baby pictures
I promise it's not a toupee.

Luke loves the pool! Apparently water cracks him up.

Push play on the three videos and make sure you have sound.

Bugger and all, he had a great time.

So we get up on Saturday morning and Jennifer wants to take pictures of our bed-heads. Everytime time our camera uses the flash, a bright red light lights up which catches Luke's attention, which in turn causes him to open his eyes really wide. Here's Father-Son look alike

When he doesn't see the red light, it's back to normal.

I worked at the station July 4th, so Jenn took Luke up to Denton. Luke got to hang out here with Jenn's Papa(Luke's great grandfather). He's 91 I think and play's the Wii at his assisted living home.
With PawPaw and Juju celebrating the 4th. I was told he loved the wind toy Juju is holding

Visiting with a possible date in the future. Claire Green--Matthew and Jessica's daughter--two months older than Luke. Luke was pretty aggressive. So he's already made a girl cry--I'll have to teach him some tricks with the ladies.

Trying to figure out how a boy's head got in that small box

Luke's bringing back the look of the duck tail.

First Rangers Game
My brother Matt, his wife Megan and her family took Luke and me to the Rangers/Braves game. Jenn was able to have a night to herself, while the boys went to the game.
Aunt Meagan with Luke before the game started.
Luke wanting to chew on anything he gets his hands on of Uncle Matt's

We were sitting behind the Braves dugout, so I was watching every pitch to make sure Luke wasn't dinged by any foul balls.
Luke was much happier in the 90 degree weather when all the clothes came off.

baby einstein
Jennifer had some fun messing with Luke's hair.
Pondering about how much smarter he is than mommy and daddy

spitting up on Pops
Cuddling with his favorite dog

First time in a pool. He loves the bath and it wasn't any different in the pool. It was cold and he still enjoyed it.

He couldn't be talked in to diving just yet. Maybe next month.

First mother's day for Jennifer. It was great. Went to church with both sets of grandparents and then off to Papasitto's. By the way, mother's day is a horrible day to go to a restaurant. But we waited patiently for a table and had a nice lunch--went home and then went into a food induced coma--it was nice.

He used to hate "tummy time" but now that he can lift his head and chest up and roll over, he actually smiles alot of the time.
Super Man!!!

He loves his mommy

Waiting for a table on Mother's Day---He was great, but his face resembles what we were thinking.

Jennifer caught a pic of Little Buddy helping me out with my cross word puzzle. He's better at it than I was at his age.

SUPER AFRO BABY!
We gave Luke a bath the other night, dried him off and this is what his hair did. It semi straightens out after a while, but it's funny right after getting wet. The longer it gets, the more curly it becomes. He weighed 12 lbs 10 oz. on the 22nd, but I think at least 5 lbs of that is his afro.

Just chillin'

Maybe sticking my fist in my mouth will get this weird thing away from me!

Jenny Williford, Jennifer's cousin on the Speck side gave us this shirt and he's now fitting into it. "My last name is Green, but I'm 50% SPECK!" Thanks Jenny--he'll know his Speck roots
